Claffey Air Conditioning Service was established in 1995. The company was founded by Peter Claffey and Trevor Claffey. The basis for creation of the company was to provide for the following industry needs:

High level of Service Maintenance with experienced staff.

Competent and thorough fault finding and problem resolution.

Cost effective Refurbishment and upgrade of Air Conditioning Plant.

Specialist Testing, Balancing and Adjustment of Air Conditioning Plant.
Call-out response times.
Nominated urgent calls Normal hours one (1) hour
General calls Normal hours two (2) – four (4) hours
We wish to advise that either Peter Claffey or Trevor Claffey are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
MAINTENANCE PLANNING
Generally the Service Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Plant would be carried out as per the clients requirements. Annual service inspections would be generally carried out over a period of weeks in June, July and August each year.
Specific maintenance work such as Cooling Tower cleaning would be carried out to suit the tenant’s needs with approval from the building superintendent.
